Warning concerning two work-from-home Business Operators ("System Net Co., Ltd." or "Business System Co., Ltd.") who cause consumers seeking telework to pay large sums of money under the pretext of website creation fees and others.

Since December 2015, consultations related to business operators offering telework have been received at Consumer Affairs Centers and other locations nationwide.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information based on Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) indicating that there may be acts that unjustly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information) in transactions with "System Net Co., Ltd." or "Business System Co., Ltd.". Therefore, to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers accordingly.
