Notice regarding "Ecology Life Co., Ltd." which falsely claims to be engaged in projects such as the development of wind power generation systems to solicit the purchase of corporate bonds.

Since August 2015, there have been inquiries at various Consumer Affairs Centers regarding Business Operators who falsely claim to be engaged in the development of wind power generation systems and solicit the purchase of unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights.
The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted an investigation and confirmed that there are actions in the solicitation by Ecology Life Co., Ltd. that may unjustly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information). Therefore, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act, we are publishing information that contributes to the prevention of consumer damage and calling for attention from consumers.
