Caution regarding Business Operators who claim "Anyone can easily GET 10,000 yen in cash in just 1 minute!" and require consumers to pay large sums of money.

Since November 2017, there have been numerous consultations at Consumer Affairs Centers and other places regarding Business Operators that advertise things like, "Anyone can easily GET 10,000 yen in cash in just 1 minute!" and require large sums of money to be paid.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information that there may be acts that could unjustly harm consumer interests (false or exaggerated advertising, labeling, and misrepresentation) in transactions with the "Japan Statistical Organization" based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009). Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers.
