Alert regarding Business Operators who claim "Earn 30,000 yen daily like a game" and require consumers to pay large sums of money

The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted an investigation and confirmed acts that may unjustly harm consumer interests (false or exaggerated advertising, labeling, and false notifications) in transactions with "CCS Corporation." Therefore, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), today we have provided information to each prefecture to help prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer damage and call on consumers to exercise caution.
