Caution regarding Business Operators who claim "You can earn money just by tapping your smartphone" and make you pay large sums of money

Since April 2018, many consultations regarding business operators who claim "You can earn money just by tapping your smartphone" have been received at Consumer Affairs Centers and other locations nationwide.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has received information based on Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) regarding transactions with "Quest Corporation," indicating acts that may unjustly harm consumer interests (such as false or exaggerated advertisements, representations, and definitive judgments). Therefore, to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers accordingly.
